If a customer requests to cancel an order that is in process to be shipped or has already been shipped, Hifidelitystore reserves the right to charge that customer anywhere between a minimum of 25% and a maximum of 50% restocking/processing fee (plus the cost of shipping).
If Hifidelitystore is not able to ship the order within 14 business days (not 14 calendar days…) from date of the order, the customer has the right to cancel their order without any restocking/processing fee, or financial obligation of any kind.
After the customer receives the product(s) ordered, all sales are final; there are no exchanges and no returns for refund. The only case that we will accept a return is for applicable warranty repair/replacement if the product is not working (please refer to our warranty policy).
At the point of check out, the customer agrees to comply with all policies set forth on this web site by hifidelitystore.com
Credit card refunds can take up to 48 hours to show up on customer credit card statement.
